Welcome to the Boundary area’s first Vital Signs Grading Survey. Vital Signs is a community check up conducted by community foundations across Canada. It measures the vitality of our communities, identifies significant trends, and invites community graders to assign grades in areas critical to quality of life. Vital Signs is based on a project of the Toronto Community Foundation and is coordinated nationally by Community Foundations Canada.
In the Boundary area, the project is led by the Phoenix Foundation of the Boundary Communities.
